Rush – For just $11 more, upgrade your order to Priority Processing and shipment via UPS 2 Day Air.  $19.95 (Typically arrives in 3-4 business days.  P.O. Boxes are NOT acceptable. )

A:  There is an amazing chapter in the P.I.N.K. Nutrition Guide & Workbook called “Sexy Supplements.” There you will find P.I.N.K.-recommended supplements that you may consider adding to your daily regiment, especially if you’re eating a plant-based diet.


Q:  After the program, should I only drink tea and water, or can I incorporate other fluids?

A:  Read “P.I.N.K. Preservation” in the Nutrition Guide & Workbook for delicious food and drink options.


Diet:

Q:  How much water should I drink?

A:  The standard advice is to drink eight 8-ounce glasses (2 quarts) of water per day. However, the amount of water your body may require varies, depending on your weight.  To determine your specific needs, divide your weight (in pounds) by 2.  The resulting number is the number of ounces of water you need each day. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water daily.

Here’s a tip: Get a jug that holds the amount of water you require, keep it handy, and drink cups from it during the day. By the end of day, you’ll have hydrated your body perfectly. Water plays an important role in weight loss.  The colder the water, the more efficient it will be in burning the calories in your body. You can add lemon or lime juice if you want it to have some flavor.

 

Q:  Can I drink coffee with P.I.N.K. Method?

A:  Don’t panic.  Caffeine is OK in small doses – a cup of coffee a day.  Some studies say that coffee aides in fat burning and appetite suppression.  Though, a better choice is green tea, because it is a bona fide fat burner.  You can drink several cups of green tea per day.

 

Q:  I can only eat certain foods.  Will this be an issue with P.I.N.K. Method?

A:  P.I.N.K Method offers many healthy food options to choose.  If you cannot eat certain foods, you can substitute with other foods on the diet.

 

Q:  I have health issues.  Can I still do the P.I.N.K. Method diet program?

A: P.I.N.K. Method is designed for people in normal health.  Medical conditions can be aggravated or worsened by diet programs. Before you begin P.I.N.K. Method, check with your physician regarding any medical conditions that may concern you.  Each individual’s body is different; only a personal physician can best answer your questions. P.I.N.K. Method recommends that you review the diet with your physician before you begin. If, at that time, your physician does not feel that this diet will meet your individual needs, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

 

Q:  I have health issues.  Can I still do the P.I.N.K. Method exercise program?

A:  P.I.N.K. Method is designed for people in normal health.  Check with your personal physician before beginning any exercise program.  Medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and others might be aggravated by exercise. Check with your physician if you have any medical conditions that concern you.  Even if you are in good health, a checkup is recommended before beginning any exercise program.  This is especially important if you have had a previous injury. P.I.N.K. Method recommends that you review the exercise program with your physician.  If, at that time, your physician does not feel that this program will meet your individual needs, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

 

Q:  I am a vegetarian.  Can I still do P.I.N.K. Method?

A:  Yes!  Whether you are a Vegan or Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian, P.I.N.K. Method has options that allow for your dietary choices.

 

Q:  I am pregnant can I still do P.I.N.K. Method?

A:  P.I.N.K. Method is not recommended during pregnancy.  Please check with your personal physician to see what diet and exercise programs would best fit your needs.

 

Q:  I am a nursing mother.  Can I still do P.I.N.K. Method?

A:  P.I.N.K. Method is not recommended for nursing mothers.  Please check with your personal physician to see what diet and exercise programs would best fit your needs.

 

Q:  I have diabetes.  Is P.I.N.K. Method ok for me?

A:  P.I.N.K. Method is designed for people in normal health.  Check with your personal physician before beginning any diet or exercise program.   Medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, and others might be aggravated by exercise, so check with your physician if you have any medical conditions that concern you.

 

Q:  Can a man do P.I.N.K. Method?

A:  P.I.N.K. Method is specifically designed for women.  A man’s diet and nutritional needs differ from a woman’s.  Although we encourage men to follow a diet and exercise program, they should consult with their personal physician prior to beginning a diet and exercise program.  Who knows, maybe someday we will have a BLUE Method for that special man in your life.

 

Q:  What if I stray from the diet or exercise program?

A:  We all have “one of those days,”  – don’t quit! – pick up where you left off.  Don’t feel guilty. Try to identify the triggers that put you off track, and avoid those pitfalls in the future.  If you’ve stopped P.I.N.K. for an extended amount of time, you may want to go back and start from P.I.N.K. Reset.
